While we all should realize this trending phase has come about from a modern and pop culture endorsed by fame\celeb culture with inaccurate scientific backing based on individual success….
We live in a world of false idols, beliefs, crazy noise so we agree, conform and follow what one or a few say about what is right for our bodies in life? Melancholy and bacteria dictate and decide who we are as individuals (genes) and luck…. thus we individuals are not and never will be the same as our friends and next of known.
Diversity has created individuals who will always apply there perceived beliefs and successes on others for there own gain. We live in a world of noise for many years spawning since the WW1 and the second one days and its a continued to people in a power of exploitation to broadcast.
Im not going to go into detail about your vessel, but your body is unique.. a miracle of life. A 1 in 400 trillion unique shot at life so what society preaches to you is a lie.. there is a underlying truth to all of our vessels we are living in until we die….
Science has told us that 1% of the worlds population suffers from gluten intolerance (celiac disease) yet based on celebratory influence the world has suddenly thought that gluten is bad for you and the marketing profiteering realm has cottoned on to it and bullshitted the ignorant masses….
When has Gluten ever been so rarely damaging other than in today’s modern culture?…. It was discovered almost 30000 years ago and in fact 2ooo years ago in a few rare cases discovered by the Greeks while consuming there own bread.. When did gluten disrupt the bowl movements of neanderthals? Never! Its the diversity evolution of the human genome system that comes about naturally for us humans to survive.. and wallah… someone became intolerant to wheat…
For people who can’t tolerate gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley, this abundance is a blessing it is and can be a genetic or allergic nonconformity and one genuinely seeks gluten free produce as best as one can however thanks to a the usual marketing lie greedy clever trending brains behind selling solutions to the masses…. it’s become hip to go gluten free with nobody bothering to realize any scientific backing but zombifying a trend.. Based on little or no evidence other than false testimonials in the media, people have been switching to gluten-free diets to lose weight, boost energy, treat autism, or generally feel healthier.
Another wonderful result of the oppressive realm of media (media\social media) today who create insecure individuals and convert the desire to be someone else with false solutions and lies for profit.

How gluten causes trouble:
People with celiac disease can’t tolerate gluten, not even small amounts. Just 50 milligrams of the protein—about the amount in one small crouton—is enough to cause trouble. In people with celiac disease, gluten triggers an immune response that damages the lining of the small intestine. This can interfere with the absorption of nutrients from food, cause a host of symptoms, and lead to other problems like osteoporosis, infertility, nerve damage, and seizures.
A related condition called gluten sensitivity or non-celiac gluten sensitivity can generate symptoms similar to celiac disease but without the intestinal damage.
Not long ago, celiac disease was diagnosed by a process of elimination. Today it can be identified with a blood test for the presence of antibodies against a protein called tissue transglutaminase. A biopsy of the intestine confirms the diagnosis.
Celiac disease occurs in about 1 percent of the population. Those who develop it mount an immune reaction to gluten resulting in inflammation in the small intestine and malabsorption of nutrients. The skin, teeth, bones, liver and the nervous system may all be affected, with manifestations ranging from short stature and failure to thrive in childhood to gastrointestinal symptoms at any age and osteoporosis in adulthood.</p>
For those with celiac disease, gluten is toxic. But for the vast majority who don’t have the disease, it may actually be detrimental to eliminate it. A gluten-free diet frequently lacks fiber. And while wheat flour is enriched with vitamins and iron, non-gluten containing flours are not fortified. As a result we see people on a gluten-free diet who are vitamin deficient. Many gluten-free products also have added sugar and fat to ensure palatability, which can cause weight gain.</p>
Of course a gluten-free diet is also socially inconvenient and requires constant vigilance, as anyone with celiac disease can tell you. Not only are staples such as pasta, bread and beer off limits, but wheat flour and vital gluten (a purified commercially available form of gluten) are often added to products such as seasoning and sauces, soy sauce and sushi, candies and dietary supplements</p>
For non sufferers the truth in it…. it is all noise profiting from your lack of understanding and question. The world follows but never thinks and questions.
What gluten-free faddists don’t seem to realize is that in excluding gluten, they’re also excluding a host of nutrients that keep them out of the doctor’s office, not in it.
The short story.. if you dont have celiac disease or suffer from IBS…. keep it simple
Eat pure and healthy and exercise as much as you can.. and try and push your vessel of existence as long as you can… the end!!! simple as that… Its not fucking rocket science…
When your cells stop being able to replicate and heal.. you die (old age)… period!! simple as that….
Your choice what you do\have done or how you have looked after your vessel of existence.
Your genes dictate what you have (good or bad), will look like and be like, you are in control of how those genes show themselves in a positive way in your actions and diet..Its not rocket science people..

Eat fruit and veg and meats, exercise loads (3 times a week say 3 hours a week) dont smoke and dont drink.. the end.. stop falling for bullshit you hear…. you will die when your genes say you will die.. but you can influence that based on how you abuse them…. up to you…
